Richard Conway

Richard Conway is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate team, focusing on fundraising and treasury advisory. He helps companies across the social housing, charity, local authority, and corporate sectors optimise their funding and hedging arrangements to better meet their long-term business ambitions.

Richard has raised capital for clients across bank, listed and retail bond, and private placement markets in the U.K. and the U.S. He also has extensive experience in pricing and restructuring derivative portfolios. Richard manages a number of retained advisory relationships, covering all aspects of treasury from business planning through to governance and risk management.

Prior to joining Chatham, Richard worked om Canaccord Genuity’s debt capital markets team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College Dublin and received a master’s degree in economics from the University of Warwick.
